TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Platform operator

www.innerbloom.ro is operated by SC INNERBLOOM BRAND SRL, CUI RO47604160, registered office at Strada Ciprian Porumbescu 48C, Otopeni, Ilfov, Romania.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using the innerbloom.ro website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.


3. Products and prices

  • All prices displayed include VAT and are expressed in Lei (RON)

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice

  • The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed

  • Product images are for guidance only — colours may vary slightly from the monitor display

  • Product availability is updated in real time — if an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours


4. Orders and contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is deemed concluded upon confirmation of the order by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability.


5. Payment

  • Online bank card (Visa, Mastercard) — secure processing via Stripe

  • Cash on delivery (Cash on Delivery)

  • Bank transfer (for B2B orders)

Card data is processed exclusively by the payment processor — InnerBloom does not store card data.


6. Delivery

  • Processing: a maximum of 1-2 working days from payment confirmation

  • Orders placed by 14:00 on working days are handed over to the courier on the same day

  • In 90% of cases, orders arrive on the next working day after shipment

  • Romania: Fan Courier and GLS — 1-2 working days

  • Europe: GLS or FedEx — 3-7 working days

  • We do not deliver at weekends

  • Delivery costs are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is completed


7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with OUG 34/2014 (Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to give any reason.

Return procedure:

  • Notify us at contact@innerbloom.ro or via WhatsApp +40765356822

  • Return the products in their original packaging, unused, within 14 days of the notification

  • Return costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products

  • The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the returned goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened, for reasons of hygiene or health protection.


8. Warranty and defective products

Products benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. In the case of a defective or non-conforming product:

  • Contact us at contact@innerbloom.ro within 30 days of discovering the defect

  • We replace or refund the product, as appropriate

  • Transport of defective products is borne by InnerBloom


9. The IRIS AI assistant — use and limitations

Our website includes IRIS, a virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence (Claude technology by Anthropic). By using IRIS, you accept the following:

9.1 Nature of the AI service

  • IRIS is an automated system — not a human consultant

  • Responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies

  • IRIS does not replace specialised professional advice

  • Product recommendations are for guidance only

9.2 Consent and data

  • The first use of IRIS requires explicit consent to the processing of the conversation

  • Conversations are processed through the Anthropic API (USA) exclusively for the purpose of generating responses

  • If you are logged in, IRIS may access your order history in order to personalise recommendations

  • You may decline to use IRIS without affecting the other functionalities of the website

9.3 Limitation of liability for AI

InnerBloom is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of IRIS recommendations. Always verify critical information with our human team by email or WhatsApp.


10. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, design, product names, Inner Ecosystem, IRIS) is the exclusive property of SC InnerBloom Brand SRL and is protected by copyright and trademark legislation. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.


11. Limitation of liability

InnerBloom is not liable for:

  • Temporary interruptions of the service for technical reasons beyond our control

  • Indirect losses or consequences of using the products in a manner other than that indicated

  • Errors of third-party payment systems

  • Delivery delays caused by external factors (weather conditions, strikes, force majeure)


12. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be settled amicably or, failing that, before the competent courts of Romania. EU consumers may use the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr


13. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be published on the website together with its effective date. Continued use of the website after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
